CAREFULLY. For a dispute subject to arbitration, neither you nor we will have the right to: (A) have a court or a jury decide the dispute; (B) engage in information-gathering (discovery) to the same extent as in court; (C) participate in a class action in court or in class arbitration; or (D) join or consolidate a claim with claims of any other persons.
