Career NTTF Merit Clause Samples
The Career NTTF Merit clause establishes the criteria and process for evaluating and awarding merit-based salary increases or recognition to Non-Tenure Track Faculty (NTTF) members. Typically, this clause outlines the performance standards, documentation requirements, and review procedures that NTTF must meet to be considered for merit awards, such as annual reviews or demonstrated excellence in teaching, research, or service. Career NTTF Merit. The University will establish unit-based pools for merit raises for 13 Career Non-Tenure-Track faculty members equal to 2.125% of the unit’s total base salary 14 in FY 20. To be eligible for the merit raise, the Career Non-Tenure-Track faculty member 15 must have an appointment on December 31, 2019. Units without any faculty members in 16 the bargaining unit are not covered by this section.
