Care Services. A variety of services and benefits provided to a homebound Member in a personal residence. Home health care must be provided by or through a community home health agency on a part-time visiting basis and according to a Physician-prescribed course of treatment. We must Preauthorize the care based on an established home health care treatment plan before you are eligible for benefits. If Preauthorization is not obtained, no benefits will be provided.
