CardioPredict Validation. Within thirty (30) days of the Effective Date, Transgenomic will prepare and submit a CardioPredict Validation to a New York State-certified organization and throughout the Term, Transgenomic shall maintain and secure all relevant laboratory approvals for CardioPredict in the United States, including securing and retaining NY CLIA Lab Approval.
