Card Registration. Each Employee participating in the Card Program will be required to consent to the terms and conditions for usage of the Card Program and the Card as the same are promulgated by QPAY and the Bank from time to time, including those specified in Exhibit A attached hereto (collectively, “Terms & Conditions”).
