Card Issuing Clause Samples
Card Issuing. Company is responsible for: (a) establishing pre-approval policies for mass issuance of Cards; (b) establishing ongoing Company approval/denial issuance procedures; (c) obtaining all data processing necessary for preparing Cards in accordance with Company’s Card order; (d) embossing/encoding of Cards; (e) formatting and printing of forms as required for Card issuance and for Transactions; and (f) generating and distributing Personal Identification Number (“PIN”) to each Cardholder.
Card Issuing. The HOLDER authorizes ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ to issue a financial card linked to a payment account assigned in the name of the HOLDER, unless the product contracted is a gift, instant or virtual card. The payment account is linked to the card and other electronic media, so that any transaction carried out through such media will be reflected in the account. If the cardholder requests additional cards, each card shall be associated with a new payment account. The application by the cardholder for one or more additional cards shall constitute the cardholder's consent to the charges that ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ may make to his/her payment account because of the transactions and withdrawals made with said additional cards.
Card Issuing. 4.1. To receive the Card, the Client must submit an Application to Walletto via the System or a Distributor.
4.2. Walletto, after accepting the Client’s Application, shall issue a Card. If the Client requests, Walletto may issue multiple Cards. Walletto shall solely at its own discretion determine the total number of issued Cards.
4.3. At the Client’s request, the Card may be issued not only to the Client, but also to another person indicated by the Client with an approval of the Client, i.e. a Cardholder. If the Client requests to issue a Card to another person, the Client must inform the Cardholder of the conditions set in the Agreement.
4.4. The Cardholder, after issuing the Card shall be provided with unique Means of Authentication. Such Means of Authentication are considered as the Cardholder’s signature in order to perform Payment Transactions. The use of the Means of Authentication shall mean the consent and authorization to perform Payment Transactions.
4.5. The Cardholder shall not disclose Means of Authentication to third parties.
4.6. Walletto has the right to send the Card and the Means of Authentication by post or through Walletto’s authorized person.
