Card Designs. You may request specific Card designs for Cards issued to you or to Issuing Authorized Users. You must provide all proposed Card designs to Stripe for review and approval using the process Stripe requires. Stripe will review Card design proposals for compliance with this Agreement, Issuing Bank requirements, the Card Network Rules, Law, and Stripe reputational considerations. If Stripe does not approve a proposed Card design, Stripe will recommend modifications that, if made, will meet these requirements. You must resubmit the modified Card design to Stripe for approval using the same process.

Card Designs. Any card designs, including logos, artwork, and written disclosures for physical cards, must be submitted for review and approval prior to distribution (similar to the Card order, Platform Providers will handle this process on behalf of their Platform Companies). Upon receipt of your submission, Reap will review for consistency with this Agreement, Card Network Rules (including Card Network branding guidelines), Law and reputational considerations (collectively, the "Design Requirements"). In the event that Reap cannot approve a proposed card design, Reap will provide guidance on modifications necessary to comply with the Design Requirements.

  • Provider Directory a. The Contractor shall make available in electronic form and, upon request, in paper form, the following information about its network providers: i. The provider’s name as well as any group affiliation; ii. Street address(es); iii. Telephone number(s); iv. Website URL, as appropriate; v. Specialty, as appropriate; vi. Whether the provider will accept new beneficiaries; vii. The provider’s cultural and linguistic capabilities, including languages (including American Sign Language) offered by the provider or a skilled medical interpreter at the provider’s office, and whether the provider has completed cultural competence training; and viii. Whether the provider’s office/facility has accommodations for people with physical disabilities, including offices, exam room(s) and equipment. b.   • Authorized User You may request us to issue a Card to an individual who has no financial responsibility under this Agreement. An Authorized User has the same access to your Account as you do, subject to any limitations we may impose. An Authorized User has no authority to add or delete Cardholders, request a replacement Card or terminate or modify this Agreement. You may terminate an Authorized User’s authority to access your Account at any time. To do this, you must return the Card to PenFed. You agree that you are responsible for all charges and cash advances made by an Authorized User, including charges made before the Card is returned, recurring charges, or charges made without the use of the Card initiated by the Authorized User after termination of the Authorized User’s access.

  • Internet Use 7.1. Customer is prohibited from posting or transmitting unlawful material on or via the Internet or the World Wide Web. 7.2. Leaseweb is entitled to actively block ports or IP addresses for the Network, in the event that such is – in Leaseweb’s reasonable view – necessary to preserve or protect the security and performance of the Network or the Internet or the World Wide Web. An overview of the blocked ports or IP addresses may be requested in writing by Customer from Leaseweb. 7.3. Without prejudice to the generality of Clause 7.2 of the Acceptable Use Policy, Leaseweb shall in any event actively block the following ports for its Network: (i) UDP/137 – Netbios; (ii) UDP/139 – Netbios; (iii) TCP/135 till 139 – Netbios;(iv) TCP/445 – Smb; and (v) Protocol UDP port 11211 - Memcache 7.4. If Leaseweb reasonably suspects that Customer is subject to a DoS attack, DDoS attack, DRDoS attack or another attack and (in Leaseweb’s reasonable opinion) such attack negatively affects the Infrastructure, Leaseweb shall be entitled to immediately block access to Customer's Infrastructure. In the event that Customer is subject to repetitive attacks, and Customer does not successfully take measures to prevent that future attacks may negatively affect Leaseweb’s Infrastructure, then Leaseweb shall be entitled to immediately terminate theSales Contract by sending a written notice to Customer.

  • Software Services If elected by Customer, the following Software Services will be made available for Customer’s use. 2.1. Core HR Software Service is a system of interactive web pages to assist Customer in its human resource related recordkeeping and reporting. Customer shall ensure the accuracy of its Customer Data. The HR Software Services shall function in accordance with the Documentation, as may be amended from time to time, and provide features to aid Customer with its compliance with federal and state laws and regulations applicable to Human Resources (except as stated otherwise in the Documentation). 2.2. Recruiting Software Service is a system of interactive web pages to assist Customer in posting job requisitions, storing candidates, recording job applications, and the related recordkeeping and reporting. Customer shall ensure the accuracy of its Customer Data. The Recruiting Software Service shall function in accordance with the Documentation which may be amended from time to time.
