CARBON PATHWAY. The Pacific Northwest and NW Natural are deeply committed to a clean energy future. It's why we launched our low-carbon initiative to further emission savings for both the Company and our communities by leveraging our modern pipeline systems in new ways, working closely with customers, policymakers and regulators, and embracing cutting-edge technology. We have partnered with the City of Portland to bring renewable natural gas (RNG) onto our system. We expect the entire project to be operational in 2019. We will continue helping our customers reduce and offset their consumption as we support the development of renewable natural gas supply and explore other cutting edge solutions to lower the carbon intensity of our product, such as power to gas.
