Captions; Severability. Captions and headings are used for convenience only and are not intended to modify or limit the textual provisions of this Agreement. If any one or more provisions of this Agreement are determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such unenforceability shall not affect the other provisions hereof.
