Common use of Captions; Section References Clause in Contracts

Captions; Section References. Captions are used throughout this Agreement for convenience of reference only and shall not be considered in any manner in the construction or interpretation hereof. References to a particular Section herein shall mean such Section of this Agreement unless specific reference is also made to another instrument or agreement.
