Captions; Governing Law. The captions preceding the text of the paragraphs or subparagraphs of this Mortgage are inserted only for convenience of reference and shall not constitute a part of this Mortgage, nor shall they in any way affect its meaning, construction, or effect. This Mortgage shall be construed and governed by the laws of the State in which the Mortgaged Property is situated, without regard to conflicts of laws principles.
