Capstone Development Commitments. Capstone shall conduct the Development in accordance with this Agreement and shall deliver to UTCP the Deliverables as set forth in Attachment B hereto. Any time references concerning the delivery of the Deliverables in Attachment B are estimates only and are subject to change upon written notice by Capstone to UTCP and UTCP’s written approval of any such changes. UTCP’s written approval shall not be unreasonably withheld such that it does not impact Commercialization.
