Common use of Caprari Clause in Contracts

Caprari. where intends to accept the order - shall send an order confirmation by electronic mail to the Buyer. The sale agreement shall be considered effective from the moment at which the Buyer receives the order confirmation by Caprari, and the order shall not be re- voked or modified, in the absence of a written agreement between the Parties.
