Capital Contributions and Unit Allocation. (A) Initial Capital Contributions and Units. Initial contributions shall be as set forth in Schedule A attached hereto, and each Partner shall receive the number of units shown on Schedule A. If any additional General or Limited Partner shall be subsequently admitted, the General Partners shall determine the capital contribution required of such additional Partner and the number of units to be assigned to such additional Partner, based on a good faith determination of the fair market value of units at such time, which determination shall be approved by the prior written consent of all Partners.
