Capacity Subscribed. Commencing on the Eligibility Date and continuing throughout the remainder of the Term, you agree to subscribe to a Capacity sufficient to produce kWh equal to approximately 100% of your historic annual electric energy usage. After verifying your prior annual usage or estimated usage with the Utility, we shall notify you of your Capacity within the updated Appendix A. Your Capacity expressed in terms of a percentage of the nameplate capacity of the Facility is referred to as the “Portion.”
