Common use of Capacity Resources Obligations Clause in Contracts

Capacity Resources Obligations. (a) During the term of this Agreement, Generator shall supply to Pepco and make available within PJM on Pepco's behalf, and Pepco shall purchase from Generator, Pepco's full requirements for Capacity Resources to serve the Service Load ("Capacity Resource Requirements") at the prices set forth in Article 6 of this Agreement. Capacity Resources shall be determined, and provided by the Generator, in accordance with the PJM Reliability Agreement and other applicable PJM requirements. Capacity Resource Requirements shall mean the portion of Pepco's Accounted-For Obligation, as that term is defined and determined in accordance with the PJM Reliability Agreement and applicable PJM requirements, that is located in the District of Columbia.
