Capacity listing requests. (a) A Trading Participant or Viewing Participant may submit a capacity listing request to the Operator at any time, indicating that the Trading Participant wishes to sell or buy spare capacity on a gas transportation pipeline or other facility listed in schedule 2 or schedule 3. (b) A capacity listing request must include the information, and be submitted in the form, required by the Operator from time to time and will be subject to reasonable validation parameters.
