Visually inspect for damage such as chips and cracks. Verify setting of all protective relating and ensure they are activated. Test operate all load‐break, disconnect, and grounding switches and secondary accessory equipment. Prior to energization, open all grounding and shorting switches and ensure all grounding and shorting pins have been removed. Verify all supplied interlocks or other safety devices operate properly.

Capacitors shall be suitable for continuous operation at 118% of the rated voltage and 115% of the rated current and 130% of rated KV Ar output without exceeding permissible temp. rise in an ambient temp. of 45° C. Earth bus shall be provided in bottom of Switch Boards chamber. All PDSB/LDSB shall be suitable for Top/ Bottom cable entry LABELING: An arrangement shall be provided with supply and fixing of labels for Incoming, Outgoing Feeders, Busbars Xxxxxxxx, Cables Alley all the cubicles and other important of Switch Boards for physical identifications. Labels shall be of anodised aluminium, with white engraving on black background. They shall be secured properly with fastener.
