Capacities. Employee shall serve in the capacities and shall have such responsibilities and duties as are set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference; provided, however, that Employee shall perform and discharge such other or further duties as may be assigned to Employee from time to time by the Board.
