Candidate Response Clause Samples
The Candidate Response clause outlines the requirements and procedures for how a candidate must reply to communications, requests, or inquiries during a selection or recruitment process. Typically, this clause specifies acceptable methods of response, timeframes for replying, and any necessary information or documentation that must be included. For example, it may require candidates to confirm interview attendance within a set number of days or to provide additional materials upon request. Candidate Response. The candidate shall receive copies of the written recommendation at each stage of the review. Within seven (7) working days following receipt of the recommendations from the PC and the chair, the faculty member may submit a written statement to correct factual errors in the recommendations. Within seven (7) working days following receipt of the recommendation from the ▇▇▇▇, the faculty member may submit a brief written rebuttal to the deficiencies noted in any negative recommendation submitted by an individual or committee. A copy of the faculty member’s correction of fact and/or rebuttal will be forwarded to the Chief Academic Officer and placed in their promotion and personnel file for consideration at the next level of review.
