Common use of Candidate Report Clause in Contracts

Candidate Report. This form contains the progress and the feedback of the candidate. This form is signed by the STREAM contact or the candidate’s research contact at the Host Institution. At the end of the mobility, the candidate must return the Candidate Report to his/her Home Institution within 15 days after returning to his/her country.

Each report has to be accompanied by a short standardised statement of the supervisor evaluating the Candidate’s performance and based on that recommending the renewal or termination of the scholarship. At the end of the mobility, the candidate Candidate must return the Candidate Report to his/her Home Institution within 15 days after returning to his/her country.
