Candidate Development Clause Samples

The Candidate Development clause outlines the responsibilities and processes related to identifying, recruiting, and preparing potential candidates for a specific role or position. Typically, this clause details the steps involved in sourcing candidates, evaluating their qualifications, and providing necessary training or orientation to ensure they are suitable for the intended position. Its core practical function is to establish a clear framework for how candidates are developed and readied, thereby ensuring a consistent and effective approach to talent acquisition and minimizing misunderstandings between parties involved in the recruitment process.
