Cancelling a place offered in the term before entry (late offers). If the offer of a place is made on or after the first day of the term immediately prior to the term in which your child is due to start at the School and you wish to withdraw your acceptance, you must provide us with written notice and: 3.4.1 if we receive your notice within four (4) weeks from the date of the Acceptance Form, we shall retain the deposit but no fees in lieu shall be payable by you; or become due and owing by you as a debt.
