Common use of Cancelled Notes Clause in Contracts

Cancelled Notes. All Definitive Notes surrendered for payment shall be delivered to the Global Agent. All Notes so delivered shall be promptly cancelled by the Global Agent. All cancelled Notes held by the Global Agent shall be destroyed, and the Global Agent shall furnish to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mac upon request a certificate with respect to such destruction.
