Cancellations Performance Sum. 3.2 Where for any Performance Calculation Year, the Franchisee's performance in relation to the Annual Cancellations Benchmark as calculated pursuant to paragraph 2.3 (that is, the value of ACTUALC) is:
Cancellations Performance Sum. For any Franchisee Year the Cancellations Performance Sum shall be calculated as follows: Table 6 ACTUALC is the Franchisee’s performance for that Franchisee Year as calculated pursuant to paragraph 19 above; TARGETC is the Annual Target Performance Level relating to that Annual Cancellations Benchmark for that Franchisee Year; CAPC is the Annual Cap Performance Level relating to that Annual Cancellations Benchmark for that Franchisee Year; and FLOORC is the Annual Floor Performance Level relating to that Annual Cancellations Benchmark for that Franchisee Year.
