Cancellations and prepayments in inverse order. (a) If there is a cancellation of the Undrawn Commitment under clause 3.3 the Repayment Amounts up to the amount of the cancellation are to be cancelled in inverse order of maturity. (b) A prepayment under clause 3.5 or 3.6 is to be applied to instalments of the Principal Outstanding in inverse order of maturity.
