Common use of Cancellation of Existing Deferred Special Assessments Clause in Contracts

Cancellation of Existing Deferred Special Assessments. The Property is subject to a current deferred assessments (Levy No. 19335) in the current amount of principal and interest totaling $18,600.00 (hereinafter referred to as the “Existing Deferred Assessments”). As consideration, the City will cancel the Existing Deferred Assessments within a reasonable time period after recording of the Final Plat.
