Common use of Cancellation of Election Clause in Contracts

Cancellation of Election. If the CITY cancels its election pursuant to Section 2.053 of the Texas Election Code, the Contracting Officer shall only be entitled to receive the actual expenses incurred before the date of cancellation in connection with the election and an administrative fee of $75.
