Common use of Cancellation of Election Clause in Contracts

Cancellation of Election. In the event the Entity’s November 3, 2020 Election is enjoined or canceled, or if for any reason whatsoever the Entity shall decide not to proceed with its November 3, 2020 Election, the Entity agrees that it shall be responsible for its share of any costs and expenses incurred by the County up to the cancellation date.

Cancellation of Election. In the event the Entity’s November 3, 2020 Election Joint Elections is enjoined or canceled, or if for any reason whatsoever the Entity shall decide not to proceed with its November 3, 2020 ElectionJoint Elections, the Entity agrees that it shall be responsible for its share of any costs and expenses incurred by the County up to the cancellation date.

In the event the Entity’s November 34, 2020 2014 Election is enjoined or canceled, or if for any reason whatsoever the Entity shall decide not to proceed with its November 34, 2020 2014 Election, the Entity agrees that it shall be responsible for its share of any costs and expenses incurred by the County up to the cancellation date.
