Common use of Cancellation of Earned Points Clause in Contracts

In the event of closing all credit card accounts - regardless of their number, type and/or reason for closure - that the customer holds, whether closed by the customer and/or the bank in accordance with the terms and conditions of this agreement, all earned points will be cancelled.
