Cancellation Deadline. Investor may cancel this subscription at any time and for any reason up until the Cancellation Deadline. Except as set forth in Sections 2(b)(ii) and 3(c), Investor agrees that after the Cancellation Deadline this subscription shall be irrevocable by Investor and shall survive the death or disability of Investor.
