Common use of Cancellation by Issuer Clause in Contracts

Cancellation by Issuer. If the Issuer or any person on its behalf purchases any Bonds or Coupons which in accordance with the Conditions are to be cancelled after such purchase, the Issuer shall immediately notify the Fiscal Agent of the principal amount of those Bonds it has purchased and shall as soon a reasonably practicable cancel them or procure their cancellation and send them (if in definitive form) to the Fiscal Agent.

Cancellation by Issuer. If the Issuer or any person on of its behalf purchases Subsidiaries purchase any Bonds or Coupons which that are to be cancelled in accordance with the Conditions are to be cancelled after such purchaseConditions, the Issuer shall immediately notify the Fiscal Agent Registrar of the principal amount of those Bonds it has purchased and shall as soon a reasonably practicable cancel them or procure their cancellation and send them (if in definitive form) to the Fiscal Agentcancellation.

Cancellation by Issuer. ‌ If the Issuer or any person party acting on its behalf purchases any Bonds or Coupons which in accordance with the Conditions are to be cancelled after such purchaseCoupons, the Issuer shall immediately promptly notify in writing the Fiscal Principal Paying Agent of the principal amount of those Bonds it has purchased and shall as soon a reasonably practicable may cancel them or procure their cancellation and send them (if in definitive form) to the Fiscal Principal Paying Agent.

Cancellation by Issuer. If the Issuer or any person on of its behalf Subsidiaries purchases any Bonds or Coupons which in accordance with the Conditions are to be cancelled after such purchase, the Issuer shall immediately notify the Fiscal Agent of the principal amount of those Bonds it has purchased and shall as soon a reasonably practicable cancel them or procure their cancellation and send surrender them (if in definitive form) to the Fiscal AgentAgent for cancellation, whereupon the Fiscal Agent shall cancel them. All Bonds which are redeemed or in respect of which Conversion Rights are exercised shall be cancelled.

Cancellation by Issuer. If the Issuer or any person on of its behalf Subsidiaries purchases any Bonds Notes or Coupons which in accordance with the Conditions are to be cancelled after such purchase, the Issuer shall immediately notify the Fiscal Agent of the principal amount of those Bonds Notes it has purchased and shall as soon a reasonably practicable forthwith cancel them or procure their cancellation and send them (if in definitive form) to the Fiscal Agent.
