Cancellation Before Installation Process Commences. So long as installation process has not yet commenced, Subscriber (by giving notice as required in this Agreement) may cancel this Agreement subject to forfeiture of the down payment. Once installation has commenced, Subscriber may not cancel this agreement without forfeiting the down payment. Once Subscriber is given notice that MSFN is ready to commence installation, such installation must be completed within thirty (30) days or, but for the case of such delay being exclusively attributable to MSFN, this Agreement shall be deemed to be cancelled and Subscriber’s down payment forfeited.
