Common use of Cancellation and Return of Card Clause in Contracts

Cancellation and Return of Card. 5.1. The HSBC Everyday Global Debit Card shall be immediately cancelled upon termination or closure of your Everyday Global Account. You shall immediately on our request return the HSBC Everyday Global Debit Card (cut in half cross-wise for your protection) to us. Upon cancellation, all sums due in respect of Card Transactions effected shall become immediately payable without demand.
