CANCELLATION AND CANCELLATION FEES. 1. OHRL may cancel this Contract if the Resident fails to maintain eligibility requirements, fails to make timely payments, fails to comply with behavioral standards, fails to comply with the terms of this Contract, is expelled from campus housing as a result of disciplinary action, or if the Resident is suspended or expelled from IUSB.
