The "Campfire" clause establishes a designated time or forum for open discussion among parties involved in an agreement. Campfire. Your group is welcome to have a campfire at one of our many campfire sites. Please ensure you have water on hand to put the fire out. If you need staff to start a fire there will be an additional $20 charge for their time. Our staff thoroughly disinfects cabins and replaces garbage bags after each group. Please do your best to clean up by sweeping, placing garbage in the garbage bins, and collecting your group’s lost and found. An extra cleaning fee of Your host staff will give you some direction regarding packing up and moving out. Usually, we ask groups to pack and move out before coming up to their last breakfast to give staff time to disinfect the cabins. We do not allow smoking on site. Weekend groups are not permitted to bring or consume alcohol on property. Drug use is also not permitted. Breaking this policy may affect future bookings with us.
Campfire. Tenant is responsible for any damages resulting from a campfire. These fees and charges are due when incurred and if not paid within three days after notice that said fees are due and owing, Landlord has the option to deduct said fees from the Tenant’s security deposit and/or find the Tenant in default of the Non-Standard Rental Provisions and proceed according to the Breach of Lease section of the Rental Agreement.
Campfire. 8.1. The Property has two areas that can accommodate a campfire (see map). It is the Renter’s responsibility to check if there is a fire ban during the Rental Period and comply with all restrictions.
