Common use of Campaigns Clause in Contracts

Campaigns. The Foundation shall be responsible for planning and executing comprehensive, multi-year campaigns and developing fundraising goals and methodologies for obtaining support for LCCC’s strategic objectives as defined in collaboration with the LCCC Board of Trustees, LCCC President, and other LCCC officials. In performing this service, the Foundation shall also provide LCCC with counsel and direction as to the feasibility of certain goals, projects, and initiatives for which LCCC is soliciting or would like to solicit support.
