Camera Lowering Device. Provide a complete camera lowering device (CLD) system, including tenon assembly, tenon plate, pulley and winch system, camera junction box, and prewired composite cable providing power, video, and communications between the controller and camera. Provide CLD compatible with the existing structure and the proposed dome camera. Determine the bolt pattern of the existing tenon and pole top plates and verify compatibility of proposed CLD.
