Calm IP. As between Calm and Customer, Calm owns all right, title and interest, including all intellectual property rights, in and to the Services, Reports, and any other information, program or marketing materials provided by Calm to Customer, including via the Platform (collectively, “Calm IP”). All rights in the Calm IP not expressly granted to Customer in this Agreement are reserved by Calm.
