The 'CallValidate UK' clause establishes the requirement for verifying the identity of individuals or entities through a specific UK-based authentication service. In practice, this clause mandates that parties use the CallValidate platform to confirm personal or business details, such as names, addresses, or other identifying information, before proceeding with certain transactions or agreements. Its core function is to reduce the risk of fraud and ensure compliance with regulatory standards by providing a reliable method for identity verification.
CallValidate UK. To make internal business decisions in respect of identity verification, when pre-checking an individual for the suitability of employment or as part of an ongoing employment check, for the Client’s internal business purposes only.
CallValidate UK. (1) To make internal business decisions in respect of identity verification to support an inbound financial transaction relationship, but only where the financial transaction is the giving of credit or an application that may result in the giving of credit or the giving of any guarantee, indemnity or assurance in relation to the giving of credit, for the Client’s internal business purposes only; and (2) To verify that particular sort codes, account numbers and credit/debit card numbers are valid to aid in the identification and prevention of high fraud risks, for the Client’s internal business purposes only.

(1) To make internal business decisions in respect of anti-money laundering and or identity verification (as applicable) to support an inbound financial transaction relationship, for the Client’s internal business purposes only (when used for identity verification purposes, only where the financial transaction is the giving of credit or an application that may result in the giving of credit or the giving of any guarantee, indemnity or assurance in relation to the giving of credit); and (2) To verify that particular sort codes, account numbers and credit/debit card numbers are valid to aid in the identification and prevention of high fraud risks, for the Client’s internal business purposes only (as applicable).
