Call to Receive a Submission Number. An Authorized Person for the Participant will call the Trust Representative at (000) 000-0000 not later than the closing time of the regular trading session on the New York Stock Exchange (the “NYSE Closing Time”) (ordinarily 4:00 p.m., Eastern time) to receive a Submission Number. In the case of custom orders, the order must be received by the Transfer Agent no later than 3:00 p.m., Eastern time on the trade date. Upon verifying the authenticity of the caller (as determined by the use of the appropriate PIN Number) and the terms of the order for creation or request for redemption, the Trust Representative will issue a unique Submission Number.
