CALL DIVERSION. 12.1 Where call diversion is provided by the Supplier, BT will divert the Customer’s incoming calls to another fixed line or mobile telephone number of the Customer’s choice. Once the Service Failure has been remedied, the Supplier will cancel the Customer’s call diversion.
