Common use of Call Closing Clause in Contracts

Call Closing. The closing or any purchase under Section 18.1.3. shall be held at a place and date specified by the Buyer or its assignee in a written notice given to the Seller not more than ten (10) days after the Buyer or its assignee shall have exercised the option pursuant hereto; the date of the closing shall not be more than thirty (30) days after the Buyer or its assignee shall have exercised the option pursuant to Section 18.1.

Call Closing. The closing or any purchase under Section 18.1.3. 18.3 shall be held at a place and date specified by the Buyer or its assignee in a written notice given to each of the Seller holders not more than ten (10) days after the Buyer or its assignee shall have exercised the option pursuant hereto; the date of the closing shall not be more than thirty (30) days after the Buyer or its assignee shall have exercised the option pursuant to Section 18.118.

Call Closing. The closing or any purchase under Section 18.1.3. 18.2.3 shall be held at a place and date specified by the Buyer or its assignee in a written notice given to the Seller not more than ten (10) days after the Buyer or its assignee shall have exercised the option pursuant hereto; the date of the closing shall not be more than thirty (30) days after the Buyer or its assignee shall have exercised the option pursuant to Section 18.118.2.
