Call and Place of Meetings. Meetings of the Partners may be called at the principal executive office of the Partnership or at any other place designated by the General Partner and pursuant to the written request of any General Partner or of Limited Partners representing more than ten percent (10%) of the aggregate Percentage Interests of all Limited Partners for consideration of any of the matters as to which Limited Partners are entitled to vote or consent pursuant to this Agreement.
