Calico Know-How. The term “Calico Know-How” shall mean all Know-How that Calico Controls as of the Effective Date or during the Agreement Term that Calico provides to C4T at its discretion, and is necessary or useful to conduct research in accordance with a Target Evaluation Research Plan or a Joint Research Plan.
