Common use of Calculations of Interest Clause in Contracts

Calculations of Interest. All calculations of interest in respect of the Class A-1 Notes made hereunder shall be computed on the basis of the actual number of days in the related period of accrual divided by 360. Interest in respect of the Class A-1 Notes shall accrue from and including the Closing Date or from and including the most recent Payment Date to which interest has been paid to but excluding the current Payment Date. For the avoidance of doubt, if any Class A-1 Notes are outstanding after the Payment Date in April 2014, interest on the Class A-1 Notes will accrue from and including the Payment Date in April 2014 to but excluding the Special Payment Date. All calculations of interest in respect of the Class A-2 Notes, the Class A-3 Notes and the Class A-4 Notes made hereunder shall be made on the basis of a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months. Interest on the Class A-2 Notes, the Class A-3 Notes and the Class A-4 Notes in respect of a Payment Date will accrue from and including the 15th day of the month preceding such Payment Date (or the Closing Date in the case of the first Payment Date) to and including the 14th day of the month of such Payment Date.
