Calculation of Market Share. While the following calculation is not binding, it is suggested as a calculation that can be used to examine possible changes in market share given the complexities arising from evaluating shifts in market share under the incentives of population-based payment models. The HSCRC staff will instruct the appropriate Work Group(s) to examine this issue and to recommend policies to the HSCRC.
