Common use of Calculation and Disbursement Clause in Contracts

Calculation and Disbursement. Disburse all funds deposited with Escrow Holder by Xxxxx as follows: Deduct all items chargeable to the account of Seller pursuant to Article 9. Disburse the balance of the Purchase Price and any additional amounts owed to Seller under this Agreement to Seller promptly upon the Closing by wire transfer in accordance with instructions received from the parties. Disburse the remaining balance of the funds, if any, to Buyer promptly upon the Closing.
