Common use of CAISO Certification Clause in Contracts

CAISO Certification. Pursuant to Section 2.04(m), Seller is required to obtain CAISO Certification of the Project; provided, nothing in this Agreement, including the Appendices, shall be amended to reflect the outcome of this CAISO Certification. Notwithstanding the preceding sentence, SCE has the right during any Put Delivery Period to dispatch the Generating Unit(s) within the parameters established by the CAISO Certification of the Generating Unit(s) and to the Generating Unit(s)’ PMAX.

CAISO Certification. Pursuant to Section 2.04(m2.04(k), Seller is required to obtain CAISO Certification of the Project; provided, nothing in this Agreement, including the Appendices, shall be amended to reflect the outcome of this CAISO Certification. Notwithstanding the preceding sentence, SCE has the right during any Put Delivery Period to dispatch discharge and charge the Generating Storage Unit(s) within the parameters established by the CAISO Certification of the Generating Unit(s) Storage Units and to the Generating Storage Unit(s)’ PMAX if enough energy is stored in the Storage Unit to meet its PMAX.
