Cage Sample Clauses

The "Cage" clause defines restrictions or limitations on the movement, use, or access to certain goods, materials, or equipment within a specified area, often referred to as a cage. In practice, this clause may require that valuable or sensitive items be stored in a locked enclosure, with access limited to authorized personnel and subject to inventory controls. Its core function is to enhance security and accountability, reducing the risk of loss, theft, or unauthorized use of the items covered by the clause.
